Rooms at Park Central New York Hotel have sometimes strange shapes and the interiors are rather tired. There is no mini-bar nor tea/coffee making facilities at the rooms we saw. Air condition at Park Central New York Hotel is problematic and sometimes doesn't work. Lower floors at Park Central New York Hotel are noisy. 32'' flat screen TV is available in every room.
